The Real Question Is Scale, Not Honesty

Rocket Lawyer sells a legal platform. Contract templates, e-signature, attorney consultations, a subscription meant to be opened often. Registered agent service is one component of a much larger offering.

Two kinds of buyer walk away with very different value:

• You use the platform. Drafting agreements monthly, asking lawyers questions, storing signed documents. The agent line inside a tool you already rely on is a fine purchase at $125.
• You need an agent. An Iowa street address that receives service of process and a company that tells you when it arrives. Everything else is a library you will not open, and $125 is paying for shelf space.
